In a constant oscillation between withholding private intimacy and putting themselves on display uninhibitedly, Dorka Csoboth and Erik Novák are the creators, whole cast and crew of the no-budget handmade film. Video-diary fragments from two and a half years of a relationship that can not be ended, yet can not be continued either. An attempt to restore the personal and the immediate, the naïve, self-valued meaninglessness of love by pushing mediatization to the limit with the appropriation of the codes of home video, psychodrama, exploitation films and pornography.

Psychiatric theraphy sessions merge with the casting situations of the porn industry in a girl's fantasy as she tries to follow the traces of her own failing recollection of her psycho-somatic illness.

The "sick girl" is a hot trope in itself with its set of gestures, visual representation; a whole iconography - a "sick girl" is deprived of her own image. Re/appropriation in the form of self/exploitation: the "sick girl", lacking her identity, identifies with the series of images of women put on stage for the same voyeuristic gaze, call it a clinical case study or pornography. It's always the same couch.
